Barış Özdemir and Aytaç Çelik: Parlar Foundation Thesis Awards

Barış Özdemir began his undergraduate studies in 2004 in METU Metallurgical and Materials Engineering Department. Following his graduation, he started his M.Sc studies under the supervision of Assist. Prof. Dr. H. Emrah Ünalan and co-supervision of Prof. Dr. Raşit Turan in 2009. He received his Master’s degree in four semesters on his thesis, “Fabrication of Silicon Nanowires By Electroless Etching and Investigation of Their Photovoltaic Applications”. He authored the following papers in the light of his research:

Barış Ödemir, 2004 yılında ODTÜ Metalurji ve Malzeme Mühendisliği Bölümü'ne girdi. Mezuniyetini takiben 2009 yılında Yrd. Doç. Dr. H. Emrah Ünalan'ın danışmanlığında (ve Prof. Dr. Raşit Turan'ın ortak tez danışmanlığında) yüksek lisans programına başladı. "Silisyum Nanotellerin Elektrokimyasal Dağlama ile Üretimi ve Güneş Pili Uygulamalarının Araştırılması " çalışmasını dört dönemde tamamladı. Bu çalışması sırasındaki araştırmaları ve elde ettiği bulguları aşağıdaki makalelerde yayınladı:
